Atlanta, GA (December 7 , 2007) - Vectren becomes a new PowerPlan client by licensing PowerTax. Vectren, headquartered in Evansville Indiana, delivers gas and/or electricity to more than one million ulility customers in Indiana Ohio through its three subsidiaries: Indiana Gas Company, Southern Indiana Gas and Electric Company, and Vectren Energy Delivery of Ohio. 
The PowerTax system is replacing Acufile.
